What we collect, and why.

Effective August 22, 2026. This site is run by Dr. Ron Glickman (“we,” “us”). It collects very little, and only what it needs to answer you.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry or join the cohort waitlist, we receive what you type into the form: typically your name, email address, organization, role, timeline, and your message. That is the only personal information this site asks for.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to keep the site running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers and do not sell or share data for advertising.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule conversations you ask for, and — if you joined the waitlist — to tell you when a cohort opens. We do not use your information for anything unrelated to what you contacted us about, and we do not add you to any mailing list you didn’t ask to join.

Who handles it

Form submissions are delivered to Ron’s email by Resend (email delivery). The site is hosted by Vercel. Each processes data only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Waitlist details are kept until the cohort is announced or you ask to be removed, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing rg@ronglickman.com. We will honor the request promptly. Residents of California and other jurisdictions with privacy laws have additional rights (such as access and deletion), which we honor for everyone.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function.

Children

This site is intended for professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
